TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
This Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between All Ways Clean LLC (“Company”) and the individual or entity utilizing the Company’s cleaning services (“Client”). By booking a service with the Company, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Service Duration Clause – Deep Cleaning, One-Time Cleaning, and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
• Due to our flat-rate pricing system, the estimated service duration is for informational purposes only.
• For Deep Cleaning, One-Time Cleaning, and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, the minimum service duration is 3 hours and 30 minutes, while the maximum is 4 hours and 30 minutes.
• If the service exceeds this timeframe, an additional charge of $50 per hour or fraction thereof will apply.
• These services often require extended time due to the condition of the property, as they involve a more detailed and intensive cleaning process.
• Our pricing is based on the scope of work rather than the time spent, ensuring that every job meets our quality standards, regardless of the time required.

2. Cancellation Policy
• Clients must notify us at least 48 hours in advance if they wish to cancel a scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost.
• Same-day cancellations or cancellations made after our team has arrived will incur a 100% charge of the total service cost.

3. Health and Safety Policy
• For health and sanitation reasons, our cleaning team does not clean or remove pet urine, feces, or any other biological waste.
• If our team encounters such conditions, they may refuse service, and the Client will be subject to a same-day cancellation fee (100% of the service cost).

4. Liability and Limitations
• Our team has a height limitation of 6 feet (1.8 meters) for safety reasons. We do not clean areas beyond this height, including ceilings, high shelves, or other elevated surfaces.
• Our cleaners do not lift, move, or rearrange heavy furniture, boxes, or large appliances to prevent injury or property damage. Clients should ensure areas are accessible before the service begins.
• The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the property, surfaces, or furnishings.
• Clients are advised to secure valuables, fragile items, and confidential documents before the scheduled service.
• The Company will exercise reasonable care during the cleaning process, but minor accidents may occur. Clients should report any issues within 24 hours of service completion for review.

5. Client Responsibilities
• The Client must ensure that the property is accessible at the scheduled time of service.
• If the cleaning team cannot access the property due to locked doors, denied entry, or other restrictions, it will be considered a same-day cancellation, and the full service fee will apply.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Clark County, Nevada.

By booking a service with All Ways Clean LLC, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
