CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

(Non-Disclosure Agreement – NDA)

This Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date of acceptance by the Client, between:

All Ways Clean LLC, a cleaning service company registered in Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, and the individual or entity utilizing the Company’s services, hereinafter referred to as the “Client”.

1. Purpose

The Client may disclose personal information, including but not limited to names, addresses, phone numbers, and any other personal data (“Confidential Information”) to the Company for the purpose of receiving cleaning services. The Company agrees to protect such information in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Confidentiality Obligations

The Company agrees that:

• It shall not disclose, share, sell, or distribute the Client’s Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent.

• It shall take all reasonable measures to protect and maintain the confidentiality of the Client’s information.

• Employees, contractors, or agents handling such Confidential Information shall be bound by similar confidentiality obligations.

3. Permitted Disclosures

The Company may disclose Confidential Information if:

• Required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

• Necessary to complete the cleaning services (e.g., sharing basic address details with assigned cleaners under strict confidentiality).

4. Security Measures

The Company shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the Client’s information, including restricted access and data encryption where applicable.

5. Term and Termination

• This Agreement remains in effect for as long as the Client continues to use the Company’s services.

• Confidentiality obligations shall survive indefinitely, even after service termination.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Clark County, Nevada.

7. Acceptance

By using the Company’s services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement.
